2024-25 Season Commitment Form

All rehearsals are at Nation Ford High School from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Due to the limited rehearsal time and difficulty of repertoire, rehearsal attendance is important. Please indicate which rehearsals you can attend by marking your planned attendance next to each date. Participants that cannot make a majority or all of the rehearsals may be asked to temporarily suspend participation with CRW. If you have a concern regarding attendance for this cycle, please email Ryan Tinker (rtinker@catawbariverwinds.org) before proceeding.
